Refund Policy
Deposits and refunds are governed first by the signed project agreement. The following is the default FRAME YYC policy when no project-specific exception has been made in writing.
Before the shoot
- 48 or more hours before the scheduled shoot: one free reschedule or full refund of the deposit.
- 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled shoot: reschedule available, but a portion of the deposit may be retained.
- Less than 24 hours before the shoot or no-show: deposit is generally non-refundable.
After work has started
If pre-production, creator booking, planning, or active production work has already begun, refunds may be reduced or unavailable to reflect work completed and resources committed.
Weather and unavoidable disruptions
If severe weather or a business-location issue makes a scheduled shoot impractical, FRAME YYC will work with the client to reschedule in good faith. This does not apply to ordinary inconvenience or late internal client changes.
Final delivery
Once final approved deliverables have been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable. Reasonable revisions are handled under the project revision policy rather than through refunds.
