Engagement Policy
FRAME YYC does not publish fixed public package pricing on the website. Billing, cancellation, and pause terms are governed first by the signed proposal or agreement. The following is the default policy when no project-specific exception has been made in writing.
Before kickoff
- If no substantive work has started, FRAME will usually work in good faith on a pause, reschedule, or cancellation.
- Any prepaid amount tied to unrecoverable planning time or committed resources may be retained as described in the agreement.
After work has started
If diagnosis, planning, writing, implementation, coordination, or review work has already begun, refunds may be reduced or unavailable to reflect work completed and time committed.
Pauses and unavoidable disruptions
If a dependency outside either party’s reasonable control causes a pause, FRAME YYC will work with the client in good faith on a practical next step. This does not apply to ordinary internal delays, shifting priorities, or avoidable late changes.
Final delivery and invoices
Once final agreed deliverables have been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable. Reasonable revisions are handled under the applicable scope terms rather than through refunds.
