Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the FRAME YYC website and describe the baseline service terms used for media projects. Project-specific agreements, quotes, and client approvals will control over this page where they differ.
Services
FRAME YYC provides commercial photography, Reel production, short-form video, creative planning, and related media services for businesses. Website content is informational and does not itself guarantee project availability or acceptance.
Booking and payment
Projects are confirmed only after scope approval and any required deposit. Public pricing is directional unless a formal quote or written project agreement states otherwise.
Usage rights
Clients receive commercial usage rights to delivered final assets as described in the project agreement. Raw files are not included unless specifically agreed. FRAME YYC and its creators may use delivered work for portfolio and promotional use unless the client has opted out in writing or confidentiality terms say otherwise.
Revisions and scope
Revisions apply to agreed deliverables only. Requests that materially expand the brief, add new deliverables, require reshoots outside agreed quality issues, or otherwise extend the project may require a revised quote or new agreement.
Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRAME YYC’s total liability for any project or claim will not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the applicable project. FRAME YYC is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, lost-profit, or reputational damages.
Performance disclaimer
FRAME YYC does not guarantee particular marketing outcomes, follower growth, sales increases, ad performance, or engagement levels from delivered content.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site in a way that harms FRAME YYC, its creators, or its clients.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be addressed in Calgary, Alberta unless applicable law requires otherwise.
